  • Sans Trading LLC is a UAE-registered company dealing in genuine electronic accessories and consumer electronics, operating from Shop No. A-21, Industrial Area 13, Sharjah, UAE.
  • We are an authorised reseller of multiple international electronics brands. All products sold are 100% genuine and sourced through authorised distribution channels.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • Prices displayed are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order or quotation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed in person at our showroom, via our contact form, or through our authorised online marketplace listings (Amazon UAE, Noon).
  • Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • For bulk or corporate orders, a purchase order or advance payment may be required.

5. Warranty

  • All products come with the manufacturer's official warranty as applicable. Warranty periods vary by product and brand.
  • Warranty claims must be supported by original proof of purchase from Sans Trading.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorised modifications, or misuse.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Defective products are eligible for replacement or repair under the applicable warranty terms.
  • We do not accept returns on opened software, consumables (ink, toner), or products damaged by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and the Sans Trading logo — is the property of Sans Trading LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
  • Third-party brand names and logos (Samsung, HP, SanDisk, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply any affiliation beyond our authorised reseller status.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sans Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
